I havent been doing the diet because of the holidays I couldnt help it i loved food. Earlier last week i had to go for some blood test. and when i went to my dr. to do a weight check.and out if something was wrong with my bladder. i was told that i was pregnant. wow. i wasnt on anything for fertility and with PCOS i was told i would need to be on something to get pregnant. well i was shocked. its defintly a blessing a well except one at that. i am 6 weeks and im due sept 2. so i probably wont be back on for a while longer.

Life has been so crazy at the moment and i have just pretty much eating off the diet and i see a diference in things now.i really need to go back on it. thing like i said were crazy. my bio dad past away a weekago today and trying to get the funeral arrangements and all that together with my sister has been stressful. then we found more family that we didnt know about. wich is really cool. now i need to get back ok track.

im struggling with having the motovation to go to the gym, im very tired,more then normal, im due for my mestral this coming week. Im very bloated at the moment, All I want to do is sleep im so tired. Im still eating pretty healthy, i got these veggy snack packs from meijer i love them, they got carrots, calery,and brocalli and low fat ranch in it also. then they also have little fruit snack packs, so i eat them also when i get hungry. I think my down falls is the other day my hupand picked me up a dark chocolate peppermint frapichino, i love chocolate mint stuff. so now i finding myself have 1 of them a day.

This weekend i did ok with the diet and the exersize, but last night my huspands brother and family came around to watch transformers with us and ended up ordering pizza. well it smelt so good, i thought i havent had anything in over a month, nothing greasy, fried, fast food, no beef, or pork, no white bread, no potatoes,no pop, or shakes, no energy drinks or lataas, just regular coffee 1 cup with milk and splenda in it.other then 1 cup in the morning its water adn skim milk. why not have a slice of pizza, just one. well i ened up having 3 it was so bad of me to do that, But part of me feels guilty the other dont, because iv been so good I deserve something. I went to the gym today insted of starting out walking, i just started to run to help for what i ate yesterday, I figured the more i sweated the more i would melt off the bod. and then i eating extremly heathy today. Over all I think im doing ok outside of the pizza.I think the lightheaded and dizzyness i had yesterday was from dehigeration. I drank alot of water yesterday and it helpped. IT took along time yesterday but i got it under control.
