Divorced woman seeking to lose more than 100+ lbs. Quit smoking September 2009=gained weight. Started smoking again June-July 2011. Then quit for good in August 2011=gained MORE weight. For the past three years have experienced thyroid and osteoarthritis problems=gained EVEN MORE weight. Cared for my elderly mother until her passing in June 2013=stress and MORE and MORE weight gained. Have 5 grown children and 10 grand-children and want to set a positive self-image for them. I still feel young but my body is old. Turned 60 in November 2013 and just want to be healthy and strong-wouldn't mind looking hot too lol.
