Despite a body abused by a rugby followed by decades of sitting to make a living..started to get back in some shape a few years back..Now a mere 260 (@ 5' 10") and as strong as an ox but still with a layer of fat over some very hard earned muscle from weight lifting heavy.
Looking to get to 220 - 230, in no rush but looking for summer 2015 with the same (or greater) muscle mass I currently carry.
Weight = 25% exercise + 75% diet...Got the exercise down, now for the other part.
