My name is Ashley, I'm 22 years old and I've always been overweight. When I was younger all I could think about was how fat I was; I had horrible self esteem. I tried lots of crash diets and when they didn't work I felt even worse about myself. When I was 16 my mom sent me to Camp La Jolla a weightloss and fitness camp in La Jolla, California. I spent 9 weeks there one summer and lost 45 lbs but when I got home I had difficulty keeping it up.

Two years ago I realized that being fat wasn't as horrible as I thought it was, I grew up. My change in attitude changed my life but in the last six months I've noticed changes in my health and so here I am. I'm trying to lose some weight so that I don't end up developing Diabetes, so that I can relieve some of the pressure on my back and not develop knee problems.

So that's a little bit about me...

~Ashley

Help Please :)
I realized this afternoon that I put in my start weight as 100lbs off from what it really is and I figured out how to change that but now I dunno how to change my ticker...it still says the old weight.

Does anyone know how to change it?
