Ready but dont know where to start
Hey all!! I am new to this site. I am 26 years old and had a baby 13 months. When I gave birth, I was 206 lbs. Around 2-3 months post baby I went down to 180. Thats 10lbs more than pre baby weight. For some reason 10 months later im back at 206. VERY DEPRESSING!!!.

IM READY AND DETERMINED TO LOSE THIS WEIGHT. I JUST DONT KNOW WHERE TO START!!!?
