Vegetarian, newlywed, puppy-mommy, Meteorologist. Love the outdoors: hiking, biking, camping, skiing, running, canoeing, you name it, I'm there! I also enjoy jewelry making, knitting, scrapping, blogging, gardening, and cooking.
I've gained nearly 10 pounds since last October...call it stress from my May wedding, my job, and some prescriptions I'm on. I was very overweight as a child (I weighed 204 at my heaviest in middle school) and managed to work my way down to 160, with diet and exercise, by college. I then lost another 15 pounds between college and last summer....and now I want to get back there.
Some other hard hitting facts about me: I'm battling the male form of anorexia - over time my mind has been trained that I must exercise to rid of the food I've eaten. I also have a food addiction which makes it hard to stop eating when I'm full. I try everyday to have a good relationship with not only food, but myself!
