I just had my second child 5 October 21, 2011 and am looking to get back to my pre-baby weight and shape, plus a little less fat and a little more muscle! I love working out and eating healthy, so if I stay focused, I should achieve my goal asap! I want to reach my goal and continue to stay in that shape by keeping up with my exercise, healthy eating, and yoga :-)
