Howdy!
You are doing well, keep focused. Don't beat your self up if your weight loss levels out for a few days that is normal. We all have those issues. Good Luck!

How do I make exercising pass by faster?
I tape something almost everyday so that there is always something available to watch while we do our 1 hour of treadmill for me and recumbent bike for my wife. for the male I also alternate my excercise every day, one day the mill, the next day physical exercise. I have also learned to keep a daily log spread sheet, of how many reps, time/miles/calorie count, mph, this way I can review what we have done and always know if we are doing enough. When we need a push to lose a few pounds, I go back to calorie counting (2 page spread sheet) with all the nutritional facts, that way I always know what the daily intake has been. Good Luck If you want the excel calorie sheet email me at

Chicken Tonight
Tamme, If you like a bit of spice, try Tunnel Barbecue Spice, not too much, just enough to spice it up. We use it regularly. It is available at costco or a lot of the other grocery stores in Windsor.
