does anyone else feel constantly unable to control their eating?
So, I'm no expert, but I must say that I do fairly well with cravings. I lost about 100lbs with this one little trick.

Cheat everyday. But don't cheat all day. Pick one treat that you can have at the end of each day(if you've been good all day). If you look forward to that one treat EVERYDAY, then you'll be less likely to binge on it throughout the day. Plus, you appreciate that little piece of chocolate a LOT more when you're eating it just once a day rather than throughout the day.


Be sure to record everything you eat. Just seeing the amounts can really encourage you to change.
