I have been a dieter all my life. I managed to loose a ton of weight in my early 30's by using Atkins. I was sucessful and now have managed to gain 25 lbs and nothing seems to work. I am trying Weight Watchers, and I really could use some buddies! I am 48 and my kids are grown and I really want
25 lbs off by the 1st of Jan.

Am new and need a buddy
Hi Angela,

Thanks for replying.. So what are you doing to loose weight? I am so confused, things trhat used to work for me don't anymore. I have 25-30 lbs to loose and just have no idea where to start. I am 48 and my kids are grown am a grandma now though Smile I am 5'7 and weigh 169, I feel terrible and all my clothes are tight!! How do I add you as a buddy? LOL...

Am new and need a buddy
I am new to this site, I joined a month ago and was doing Atkins.. I did Atkins when I was younger and managed to loose a ton of weight. Now I am in my late 40's and it just is not working for me. Am doing Weight watchers and would love to have a buddy, not only for weightr loss but to help me with using this site...
