Just feeling a bit frustrated today. I've been really busy at work, and feeling kind of tense because of it...which means I want to nibble. Haven't done much nibbling, but the temptation is there. I am still so tired feeling. Not sure what is causing it...maybe a slight reaction to my flu shot, or maybe the weather changing. Who knows! But sure have no energy. Sleeping well though..lol...Ah well, onward and DOWNWARD..LOL

I'm feeling a little frustrated that I only lost a pound this week. But that is a total of 10 so far! And it is better than gaining, so I'm going to feel good! I want to thank everyone who commented on my journal last week. It sure helps to have people for support. Couldn't do it alone...I know that. So here's to another week. I am finally going to start some extra exercising (other than walking my dogs). I dug out my old Richard Simmons tapes. They helped in the past, so here it goes again! Going to try for three days this week with old Richard! LOL...I'll let you know how it goes...

Hi all! I am 9 pounds down in one week! Doing Atkins as my doctor suggested low carb. I still have over 100 pounds to lose, but at 50 and menopausal...lol..I'm just glad to be losing anything!!!! Hope to meet a few other folks here. I lost about 100 pounds twice before...last time was with a website...and it starting charging to be a member and so I quit. Along with it the diet went....so here I go again. I'm hoping that 3 is the charm!!!!
