I haven't been here in a while. I've been down, angry, frustrated, hungry, grumpy, dejected, and just plain out of it. I seem to have no desire to help myself and that makes more more down, angry, frustrated, hungry, grumpy, etc, etc, etc. I am going to make a valiant effort to restart my program as of tomorrow morning. February 1, 2008 new count down date....I need support everyone! HELP!!!!! My husband loves me no matter what, but I don't really love myself too much. I feel like such a failure. I've done this dieting thing successfully twice before, with just as much to lose...so I CAN do it. My thyroid is now being treated with meds, my diabetes is being treated with meds...now to get the diet in line with that!!! Pray with me for strength and determination....I need some help! (And I hate to ask for help!) I promise to start my day tomorrow feeling positive and in the "can do" spirit!!! (I may be here begging for help before noon!) Thanks for letting me vent! Star*

Going to be a bad diet day....Christmas lunch at work at The Spaghetti Warehouse! Oh my. Well, I will try not to eat all of what is served me. I'll bring home leftovers for my always hungry husband! LOL...then I got a Christmas mug from my boss full of Ghirardelli goodies..cocoa,candy, cookies...fortunately all sealed up and I can ignore it at this point! Then tomorrow is our whole office party (today is just our department)...and it is all kinds of goodies that the staff has made and brought in...OH MY GOODNESS!....Be strong!!! I know....but I realized this time of year was going to be hard. Ah well, I want to lose for the Challenge, but if I can only maintain so be it...I AM going to enjoy myself!!! You only live once! And the holidays will be over soon!!! Then the diet goes into ultra mode!!!!!

1 more pound gone...YEAH! Will try to stay on track more this week and get some Richard Simmons dancin' in!!!

Not much to report here. Going to weigh in on Thursday again. My weekend was not so good, but I've been okay since. My blood sugar has been acting up a bit which forced me to eat a bit more...but it was good stuff! LOL I think maybe my anniversay trip to Olive Garden started the problems over the weekend and spilling into yesterday's blood sugar problem. Not that I ate badly...I had chicken and only a very small amout of pasta. I had the salad, and only 1/2 a breadstick..it smelled soooo good had to taste it! BUT, we had a peach sangria...a light drink, but I think it was a bit too much for me. Anyway, feeling better today, but not totally up to snuff yet. Will keep track of my food intake today very closely!!! I WILL NOT GIVE UP!!!!!!!! Holidays, anniversaries, whatever comes....I will stand strong!!!
