I am a great grandmother. I live in a southern state with very hot weather which is not good. I have many health issues, including a rare blood cancer. I want to lose weight to help avoid diabetes.

I'm a new member. My doctor told me today that I am malnourished and my blood sugar is high. I need to lose weight. Have many health issues including a rare blood cancer. Not able to exercise. I need help with easy to prepare protein loaded meals. Not a big meat eater. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
