It's been really hard to concentrate on exercising, but for some reason I have found aways to stay on track with everything I'm doing. The only thing that is helping me along this journey is my little girl. Always wanting me to play with her outside, and the benefits are endless out there.
But lately with this weather we are having, it just brings my attitude down just a little bit. Hopefully, with the holidays coming up, I won't loose my motivation to continue my exercising and eating habits that I have started and want to accomplish.
So in ending, I need to keep positive and continue with everything that I have started. I will get down to my goal weight, if I can finish school, I can do this!!!
