Well, I hadn't been behaving great before vacation, and then i took 3 weeks on the road and with family, eating whatever I pleased. I don't regret those 3 weeks at all. I more than needed the vacation in many ways. I remained active, also, which made a huge difference in how i felt about my food decisions, and jsut how i felt overall. Activity sure does make a day better.

I also took up kayaking and now I miss it like crazy, but there aren't a lot of opportunities to do it here now that winter is coming and my calendar is full of other activities. But good to know I am good at this and can take it up again.

I'm back to the gym and 3x/week training with my personal trainer, cardio in between and spin on weekends, and following my meal plan from my dietician. Am meeting up with her soon to make some tweaks or do whatever i need to rev things up more. Even though I've not been following it very well lately, I feel like i could lose more quickly if some changes are made, so am curious to see what she'll say.

Anyway, that's where Im at. I don't feel terrible about where I am at, especially given all I did and ate in the last 1.5 months or so. I could have done a lot worse had I not been active at all or something, so clearly there is a good foundation here. Excited to get it all revved up again and see the results I was seeing earlier in the year!
