My highest weight was about 275 lbs (probably 280 or over, but I stopped weighing myself after seeing 275), and I've lost some so far. I have had ups and downs, triumphs and trials, and sometimes have totally lost my motivation. I could dwell on that, but what good will that do? Just have to keep swimming.
I WILL go all the way and I will NOT give up. Most of my younger life I was a fit, athletic, nimble girl, and I want that back. I'm on my way...
