So... I don't really know where to start...

My names Vicki and I tend to binge eat on the go. I'm a mum of three 10,7,2 and work full time.

Running around after the kids, taking them here there and everywhere, I've used the excuse of 'No Time' more times than I've had hot dinners, but now I am truly feeling bleurgh.

I was a happy 10 stone in January last year... Couldn't believe it, but that was down to slim fast diet. Once I started eating normally again, it just piled the weight back on.

I am now 12 stone and would love to take the weight back.

I'm feeling the weight, it makes my bones ache and I now get regular comments of OOHH didn't know you were pregnant!!!! (I'm not) and Wow Hunny, you are working that butt (I am).

Yesterday I took my mum into Holland and Barratt for some vitamins and there was a Booty Shake stall....

Gotta love mum, but the comment of 'Vic! you don't need that, you got enough shake on your booty!!' All in the best possible taste, I applauded mum for her quick wittedness, don't see it very often these days! But true... Need to save the behind before I walk backwards and squish an innocent child!

I'm looking to raise my energy levels and lose the annoying comments, butt and belly that have become so much of my everyday life! I also drink way too much alcohol and so am looking to go sober as well as lose weight.

Bring the next few months on!!
