Happy Monday - What is your mini goal this week, besides the "basics"?
Good morning!
Excellent goals! Helewis, not sure what kind of exercise you're doing, but if you're doing cardio, one way to get a better burn (learned this from a trainer several years ago and they do it on Biggest Loser) is to step up the speed/pace as fast as you can go for 30 seconds. Then return to your normal pace. Do this about every 10 minutes during your workout. It boosts the metabolism and helps squeeze out a few more calories!
My mini goal for this week: ramp up on fruits and veggies. Carb-heavy over the weekend, but back to normal eating today and the rest of the week!
