I am a chronic dieter- was always looking for that diet that would make me lose 100 lbs in 6 weeks. But as we all know there is no such thing. I have decided to give the Atkins lifestyle a try. I have been overweight since about age 10- with the exception of a couple of "skinny" periods that never lasted and I ended up heavier than before. I am looking to lose weight so that I can feel better and hopefully avoid some of the health risks that come along with obesity. I have 2 beautiful children and a hubby that I adore so I owe it to myself and them to be as healthy as I can be.
