I worked out today, and I've been working out for about a week but i dont see many results. I like doing squats a lot but i dont know how long it will take for them to make a change. I also gained 10 pounds but i think i lost 5 .
I love working out a lot but the diet is te hardest part. They werent kidding when they said it would take blood sweat and tears
