I am 25yrs old....not for much longer...and I have been struggling with my weight for about two years now. Working out is apart of my lifestyle. I love long distance runs, spin class, step aerobics, lifting, and dancing! Its the eating part that I just don't have down yet. I am in the military and when I first joined, I shed pounds like no ones business and then kept it off for all 4 yrs of college! Right after graduation....i literally blew up! I have been struggling to lose about 10 lbs and now I want to be more motivated to lose the weight, so i am setting a goal to lose about 30lbs. I have spent thousands of dollars on lose weight quick programs. And with my new year...I have realized that it really does all boil down to calories in=calories out. My goal this year is to have MORE calories out than in because ultimately, that is the only way I am going to get the weight off and keep it off. This site and the stories of those on it has already begun to inspire me. I can't wait to see where I will be by the end of this journey.
