I want to start this diet, again. My 1 HUGE hang up is - meal planning. I like to cook, so that isn't an issue, but putting a weeks-worth meal plan on paper. Weird hang up you say? If I could just get that done, on paper, I would be grocery shopping now Laughing

I weigh in every Monday, 1st thing in the am. I weigh myself everyday but only record on Mondays. That way, like Hoser, I can see the daily fluctuations.Smile


I third this process.

I step on the scale either sunday or monday mornings. But sadly, I decided to step on this morning and was up Sad
