Here we go again :) First step is honesty! Still making excuses in my head as to why I can give in to my temptation. "Oh, I will start Monday... I'm depressed... I'm so out of control at this point, why stop?" I know everyone can relate. I mourn for the motivation and determination that allowed me to lose over 100 lbs. a couple of years ago. Racking my brain to figure out what my secret was, how was I successful then and can't seem to duplicate it. Maybe the answer is to stop focusing on what was, how it was... and start over. I want it, I can do it. That HAS to be enough! I am worth it!
