I have started doing "cross fit-esque" workouts with my trainer, and paleo was recommended. I tried actual Crossfit but it was just a bit too intense for me at this point. As my stamina builds I am going to switch but for now I'm sticks to this!

OK, so I am starting my diet "tomorrow" and I don't mean tomorrow, because I don't feel like it today, but tomorrow because its the end of the day "today". I really want to live healthier, be more active, feel better, and know I am healthy in every way possible, so here's to new starts!
