performance: losing 2.1 lb a week
I lost more than 35 lbs three years ago but I have since crept up about 15 lbs. I am trying to nip it in the bud! My weight is still reasonably low but I would feel more comfortable if I could stay under a BMI of 22. I will be 50 next year and I would like to cross that line at a good, healthy weight.
