This aging thing really blows. Working twice as hard to lose half as much. My machine starts to put on weight when I barely conceive of the idea of eating something I shouldn't. I'm losing the battle and really need to win this weight war. I feel like the rules changed and nobody told me. What worked to lose weight when I was younger doesn't work anymore. I tried the no-carb diet for 2 weeks and gained 4 lbs. I tried not eating a thing for 3 days and lost just 2 lbs. Awesome. WTF?
