I've never had a problem with weight until my kids were born...and have ever since. Being a busy mom of 3 kids...and now back to work, I don't have much free time to work out.
Today is my birthday...and by my next bday, I would like to make it to my goal...or at least most of the way! The best present I can give myself right now is health! ;)
Tomorrow is the first day of the rest of my healthy life! Today I already ate too much cake :)
