Well, I've been away from watching my weight for years but recently my daughter has been a big inspiration to me. She has been doing so awesome on the Keto diet that I couldn't resist. Especially recalling that the best I have ever felt in my life was when I did Atkins years ago. Unfortunately Bread get me back in it's clutches.
New day now and week 1 went wonderfully. So "away we go".
