Ok, I am frustrated now. I just don't understand why I am gaining weight instead of losing weight. I am eating right, balance of veggies, fresh fruits, whole grains, lean proteins etc. .... exercising 3-4 times a week. Shucks, yesterday I worked out for about an hour then we took advantage of the nice weather and took a walk for a little longer then an hour.

The only thing I can think of is perhaps I haven't been using the bathroom everyday. During the last week I've been drinking a "get regular" tea every other day or so and it seems like on the days following drinking the tea (the days I actually use the bathroom) I am down... a lot, but then the next days I start gaining again.

That is frustrating too! A friend told me the other day that my body is going through a majior shock, she said, (which I didn't know before) that sugar acts like a laxative and I've taken most of it away and replaced it with good foods and it would just take my body awhile to get used to it.

Well, it's got to start coming off. I am going to do it for another week and if it doesn't start coming off I think I am going to switch to another "diet" or lower my points. For the most part I've been keeping within my points and in fact have a point or two left over. I hope I don't have to change becuase I really like this plan, it doesn't feel like I am on a diet and that is why I like it so much but... after two weeks (tomorrow being the start of week 3) I should be down more then .6 pounds. Vic has been on the same plan with me and has gone from 225 to 207 so... what's up with me??

Well, my company accepted my 2 weeks notice and let me work from home part-time even thought it feels like I quit. Feels really weird! Looks like I might have a made a sale today (from home) which is pretty cool. Need to find another job, put a bunch of resumes out this morning via email... I hope I get some responses. I have been sending out resumes over the last few months not a lot but some with no responses so I hope something comes up with the onces I've just sent. We are running out of money/savings so I need to find something quick!!

I forgot to put a patch on yesterday morning and went to see a friend of mine yesterday afternoon and smoked! Granted it was just one but still. I didn't put a patch on today since I didn't put one on yesterday and have been alright... I don't have any smokes laying around the house so that makes it easier.

I kind of have this feeling like I need to cry but can't... weird. I don't feel sad about anything imparticular so maybe I'm just stressed out. IDK

Planning to have a good day food intake wise. Might go workout tonight but don't know... have a business meeting networking thingy around 5 so we will see if I can make some time.

Why in the world did I buy nuts? I love nuts, they are addicting! Granted, I don't think they are that bad for you because the fat in them is good fat.

Also, learned an important lesson today, I need to eat enough food at each meal. I had to go to the store this afternoon and all I had for lunch was a Hummus Wrap and I really really wanted a candy bar. In fact, I was ready to go ahead and give in... thank God I was in a line that did not have candy in it or I would have gotten some! If I had eaten some soup or salad in addition to my wrap or, had eatin some fruit as a snack inbetween meals I'd probably would have been alright.

Although I've lost some weight, I really need to get myself back on track, not that I am off that much or really any, I just feel like I am, I could be eating a little better at dinner time. I feel almost guilty about my dinner tonight but, it was within my points (thank goodness cause I didn't even add them up before we made dinner). Like, I know you can eat what you want as long as you stay within your points but I also think it's a good idea to try and eat the best of foods within your points. Feeling guilty about eating nuts and peannut butter. HA

Well, I am not sure if I am going to exercise tonight, I know I will be going skating tomorrow night and will get some exercise then. I might work out a little on the gazzel here at the house, we will see.
