Entering a new phase of life. I am going to be fit in my 50s. I am down about 70# so far and exercising 5 days a week. Mostly I walk the trails with my faithful companion logging 5-7 miles a day. He likes to chase rabbits and I just like being outdoors.
Lots of life changes going on and my focus is faith, hope and peace.

Blessings to all who are on this wild ride we call life.

Not a diet
Very true. That is for sure the reason I have failed so many times. Currently, my portion sizes are about a third of what they were. I need to stay like that.

What do people do who have chronic issues with pain
Water aerobics has been a great option for me with my back issues. Walking is also good. Your MD should be able to suggest things that are appropriate for your condition. If not, have him prescribe a few visits to a PT and they should be able to help.
