Hi Everybody, Sheri here. Turned 51 recently - a lifer at exercising and managing weight pretty well.............til menopause. Find myself struggling more and more to keep weight in check. I'm up almost 15 pounds, 8 just in the last year. Atkins is the choice for now and i'm serious. I'm here afterall. I weighed 130 for years after the birth of my third child but I'm content to be 135, where I know I can manage it. My height sits at just under 5'5" and I am small boned. My tummy is pretty toned so I don't have to deal with gut issues - its everywhere else. My job is stressful and I turned to carbs foolishly. Today is March 13th and I started the journey this past Sunday AFTER I had hazelnut creamer with 2 cups of coffee. The rest of the day was meal planning and execution. Technically, i started monday because of the creamer overload.
