The most important things to know about me are that I am a mom of two wonderful children who keep me on my toes constantly! I love sports as I used to play softball and soccer. I have an interest in fitness and nutrition and just bettering myself as a whole from the inside out! I like to take what I learn as good, healthy habit and share them with my family so that we all can help support one another to stay on the right path.
