First and foremost, I currently weigh 328.8 pound and mother of 5 beautiful children. I'm a wife for 14 years. My ideal weight is between 150-175. Before my excessive journey to lose weight; I was weighing before now was 471. However, my husband paid for personal trainer and 2 years of Gym. I am even more active I counts my step and watch what I eat. NO BREAD, PASTA, RICE ETC.
