I did this and my room mate was like "HOW DID YOU TRANSFORM YOUR BODY OVERNIGHT?!"
The sugar cravings go away. It's actually physical withdrawal similar to narcotics. Do NOT cheat. It's like a heroin addict going for another hit and you'll feel like crap.
Edit: My goal using this diet is to have abs showing by October. This is mixed with weight lifting, martial arts, and calisthenics.
