Eating too few calories
I felt like I was doing better today, but calories are still down some, The problem is I don't normally eat breakfast, so I am trying to change that. This morning I had oatmeal with milk and raspberries. But then I was SOOOO full, I didn't eat lunch. My other problem is I eat late at night and I am trying to cut that out. Oh well, the first step is just being aware of what I am eating.

Eating too few calories
I am having the same issue. I have been told over and over, that is why I don't lose weight. I had to work at it today to try and get my calories. I'm supposed to be getting 1600 - 1800. I didn't make it. I don't want to just add junk food to get there. I'm trying to get my fiber intake to 25 - 30 grams. Well, tomorrow is a new day.
