Has anyone tried Weight Watchers online program?
I agree! I think fatsecret is has much better tools, and being free is the best part. I've used this site to lose 65 lbs before, and now I was worried I needed to do something "easier." Nah, weightloss isn't easy at first, I've now lost 16 lbs athis time. Save your money to anyone reading this, stick to this site. Cut your calories from 1,200 to 1,600 depending on your gender and weight, and exercise. Know results aren't instant. Done.

Has anyone tried Weight Watchers online program?
I've done the marking of everything I eat, but I've had troubles lately. I've even avoided the site not to be a failure. The cheat sheet I was reading of and the points app was what I was most interested in. Something that shakes it up and makes eating better interesting would be wonderful.. but that's a lot to start. Thank you for the advice, and if this doesn't work for me this week Ill definitely use weight watchers to stay afloat.

Just wondering if Weight Watchers is worth the cost... especially since fatsecret's calorie counter is so awesome. Opinions?
