Dieting and losing weight is one of the most frustrating things I have ever tried to do! Every morning I look at myself in the mirror and feel absolutely certain that I am going to diet because I don't want to spend another day feeling the way I do about my body. But then three kids, a husband (my fourth child), a dog, housework, errands, and so many other things that a mom and wife does consumes my day and I wake up the next morning promising myself the same thing I did the previous morning! How is it that I can make promises to those around me and follow through but the promises that I make to myself are just empty words? Why can't I make time for myself?
