I had gastric bypass surgery 5 years ago. I dropped 115 pounds real fast. Over the last 2 years I've gained back 31 pounds. I refuse to gain anymore weight! I didn't have my guts rerouted for this! I have noticed that recently my sugar levels would plummit after I had eaten a bunch of carbs so this Atkins plan is the one for me. I never did reach my weight goal of 135 after surgery so I've got about 65 pounds to lose.
