Motivation for morning work outs!
Thanks everybody for the fantastic advice!!! I get up at about 6:20am every morning to get ready for work, so if I hit the gym, I need to wake up at 5am. I really really really want to do this! I have the same problem after work (bout 6pm) --- if I go straight there, I'm good. If not, once I hit home, I get pulled in a million directions.

Motivation for morning work outs!
Every night I have big plans to wake up an hour earlier and hit the gym and EVERY morning I hit my snooze button when the alarm goes off.
I really want to start this habit but I'm just so sleepy in the morning (obviously not a morning person!).
How can I get my butt out of BED???
