3PM MAYDAY
I have to tell each and everyone one of you that I have kept this all in mind and have tried it. I have been doing A LOT better. I not over having that feeling. but its going to take time for me to get better control on it. I have made some trail mix, and having it around 2pm with some coffee. Don't worry I drink a lot of water. If I am starving I just make dinner and have it at that time. I will get this. I have learned a lot about myself when I was camping this past week. I want to really step up becoming a lot more heather. I will get more control its just not going to happen over night I will make it a good habit

3PM MAYDAY
I drink so much water, that is the only thing I really drink besides coffee in the morning. I am looking forward to this challenge this week. I have a good mind set on not over doing it. I will find other things to do. Trust me in this house there is always something to do lol

I no what you mean I use to do that a lot. Every time I did it I ended up over eating and gain weight from it. Now I have set times I eat. I ate every 4 hours unless I am starving then I will have a snack in-between. Hang in there you will get thru it

At 3pm I am starving, so I have a piece of fruit or yogurt and I should still be fine and should be able to wait for dinner. RIGHT!! wrong11. I want to eat until I am full. I not sure what I should do, I don't want my dinner until 5pm but time that time comes I am full of junk. Yes I have calories left but I am full. then I want to eat at 8pm which I feel its not a good time to have more to eat..HELP!!!
