I am a mum of 1, who is just turning 3, working full time in London, I have been trying to lose the last 6kg of my baby fat around my stomach area for the past year, which I am finding very difficult at the moment. I try to go to the gym at least 4 times a week at a max and 3 times a week at a minimum doing full body work outs and some sessions just on my abs.
I want to have a another baby at the end of this year but also want to be physically fit and healthier so its easier to lose the weight the next time round.
