Gosh, I caved this morning and got a MCD sausage biscuit but I was so hungry. I didn't eat dinner last night because I was taking an exam until 9:30 last night. I got home, the husband was asleep and the dinner he made was already put in the refrigerator. It was honey chicken and asparagus, one of my favorites too. I kind of felt bad but I had to take my exam, I just didn't realize it would take so long. Anyways, that's it for my rant I will try to do better for the rest of the day.

I am starting over again. Its so hard to stay on a diet and I have ballooned back up 5 pounds and now I will be starting again.

This preparing meals from scratch lunch and breakfast the previous night is getting old already and I am only 3 days in. Hopefully I can keep with it because I can tell already that I am losing weight.
