Looking for new program
Have you tried cross fit, I have been doing it for a year and I love it I have gotten stronger the workouts are short and intense and you hardly repeat the sameworkout. Crossfit.com is a good website it looks and sounds intimidating but you have to look past that it is fun and a good challenge and you can start at the bottom and work your way up.

What is better for losing weight: weightlifting or jogging?
A healthy combo of both, too much cardio and you get baggy. Weights will give you muscle which will way more but is better.
