Hi everyone,

I am South African and Afrikaans speaking. I am a mom of 3. Two boys and one girl, ages 7,6 and 3. Been married for almost 10 years. I gained a lot of weight(77kg at highest weight) during my pregnancies and beyond, luckily I've lost most of it! I only found out about Fatsecret a while ago. I've been stuck with the last 7kg(15lbs)for almost 3 years!
I started out with Atkins back 2001, but shamefully used it as a yo-yo diet to quickly shake a few pounds! This time I am determined to make it my lifestyle! So far so good!
