So, I got back on the horse this week. I've been hanging out with a bunch of people who eat out for every meal, and it's taken its toll. Not only on my waistline, but my wallet, too. I'm going to be living alone after Dec. 19th, so I'll have more space for food, and more time with the kitchen. :)

I'd lost a lot of muscle after I broke my foot, so I'm hoping some of the weight gain is muscle, even though I'm mostly doing cardio. It'd be nice to be strong enough to cycle up hills or get back to an 8 min/mile pace. I'm just not there right now.
