I am 47, a mom of 2 grown sons and a wife of 23 years to a very supportive husband. I love the LORD.
I am struggling with being consistent with my eating habits and my emotions dictate my hunger. I hate to exercise but will walk or do garden work. I seldom eat because I am hungry. I eat because I am bored or stressed or anxious or scared. I want to get a grip on my emotional eating. I have been here a thousand times. I am wondering will this be the time I will overcome???
