Extreme Fat Smash
Hi Katyg! I've been on the Extreme Fat Smash and really like it. I love rice/beans/veggie burgers, so I'm doing just fine on it. You really do get enough to eat (o.k., maybe I don't measure out everything perfectly, but I get close!). It says that you can lose 4 pounds a week on it, and that's exactly what's happened to me. At the end of week 2, I was down by 8 pounds. I'm VERY anxious to see what happens when I weigh in on Sunday morning.

I totally recommend this!

Extreme Fat Smash
This version is geared more towards those needing to lose under 30 pounds total, and it gives quick results (which I LOVE and need to keep motivated). So far, I'm thrilled with the results, but I'm trying to find others on it for support. It's just enough different from the original Fat Smash Diet that I'm hoping there are others out there on my version.
