Back from vacation - definitely gained back the weight I had lost...damn the inlaws for being such good cooks (and my lack of willpower but I'd rather point fingers today)!!!
Back to calorie counting. Packed a healthy lunch, planned out my snacks and dinner and am ready to make these pants feel a little looser!

Had visitors from out of town in for the weekend. Knew I would be blowing my calorie count out of the water between food and drinks. I'm ok with that.
Wasn't expecting to get sick for 3 days and not make healthy food choices though (too tired to cook).
Back on the wagon today.

I restarted my diet today...I wasn't fully committed at the beginning and wasn't recording food and exercise. It's been a week of full commitment and a recent weigh in. 15 pounds to shed and then maintain!
