I'm signing up for this to make better decisions when it comes to food. My goal isn't to constantly diet, just change my eating habits - be more conscious of labels, calorie counts, and portion sizes.
I'm a notorious junk food lover and while I'm not actually overweight, I can stand to lose 15 pounds (my weight has slowly been creeping up...I think my metabolism changed as soon as I turned 30!!!)
I've started going to the gym, and climbing which has been great!
Looking forward to becoming a healthier me!
