decreasing carb intake
I'm not sure if I can bring much scientifically to this, but not that long ago I lived off carbs. they say it takes 3 weeks to make or break a habit. Firstly start a food diary and be brutally honest with yourself on what you are eating. I lost so much weight because I could see when I was wating most and cut it down and eat regularly. Have your carbs before 1PM. Dont cut them out completely like I tried, I got so weak and had no energy! Look for low G.I or gluten free breads and spelt bread and brown pitta breads. These are low in calories and eat them early to give you the nutrients you need for the day. If you are working out a lot then have brown spagetti or brown rice with your dinner also. You DO need carbs just not excess amounts
